COOKING CLASSES

We offer five cooking classes on Italian cuisine (three-course menus). Each three-hour class will feature a different menu, with hands-on participation by students and a wine tasting session.

Maximum class size: 18 students
Cost of each class: $75 (food, wine, tax, gratuity and hand-outs included).
Dates: Saturdays at noon, call for exact dates.

Five-year old Al Tiramisu® is owned by Chef Luigi Diotaiuti, winner of the Insegna al Ristorante Italiano 1998. He was featured in the June 1999 issue of Washingtonian magazine teaching how to make tortellini. Al Tiramisu® is recommended as an "in" hangout if you want to be Italian even if you are not.
